Sonos does not require a signature upon delivery when shipping via Purolator, but the decision to require a signature upon delivery is ultimately left to the discretion of the carrier. Please note: It is your responsibility to be available to receive this shipment at the ship-to address provided on the order, within the Purolator service level noted in the tracking information supplied to you in your shipping confirmation email.

Title and risk of loss will pass to you upon delivery to the ship-to address as specified (for Sonos Direct customers only).
